The James Building
Chattanooga's first skyscraper & listed on the National Register of Historic Places, constructed by Rueben Harrison Hunt in 1906, the 12 story James Building has been newly purchased & is being restored to it's former glory. In the heart of the business district it combines turn of the century splendor with modern amenities. As part of the restoration efforts, the owner has partnered with JUMPST/ART to initiate a rotating exhibit for show & sale, as well as showcase some permanent newly purchased artworks by some of the finest, new, evolving, and established local artists. |
